After more than twenty years in the insurance industry, Joel Gutierrez saw first-hand how confusing and impersonal insurance could feel - especially in a tight-knit, bilingual community like El Paso. Working on the inside at State Farm, Liberty Mutual, and other leading companies, Joel gained in-depth knowledge of claims processes, policy structures, and the real needs of everyday people. He realized local families deserved a partner who could simplify options, explain coverage clearly, and deliver honest value.
Inspired by his niece and nephews - whose initials form the name JSE - Joel built this agency from the ground up, with Sabrina joining to bring a true family feel to the office.
